Who we are

Townforge helps local businesses find where they lose time and money, sets up AI tools to win it back, and trains their teams to use them. By using this website, calling or texting us, you agree to these terms.

Free consultations and audits

Your first consultation is free and there's no obligation to buy anything. Any recommendations we make are based on what you tell us about your business.

Paid work

Before we start any paid project, we send you a written quote or agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. That agreement is what governs the work. If it ever conflicts with this page, the agreement wins.

AI tools and results

AI tools can make mistakes. We set them up carefully and test them, but you stay responsible for checking important outputs, such as prices, bookings and anything sent to your customers. We can't promise a specific amount of savings or revenue.

Third-party services

Some tools we set up run on other companies' services (for example phone, email, booking or AI providers). Their own terms and pricing apply, and we're not responsible for outages or changes on their side.

Texting our AI assistant

Texts to our business number may be answered by our AI assistant, which always says it's an AI. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or ask for a person and we'll get back to you.

Website content

Everything on this site is for general information. The text, design and images belong to Townforge or are used with permission, so please don't copy them without asking.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Townforge isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability for any paid project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
